This is how it works:
- Enrol and complete the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Management and Leadership. Our flagship CMI course for senior leaders, delivered by hybrid learning to provide convenience for you, as well as deliver the highest quality of learning. Study wherever and whenever you like, with online learning and face to face coaching with our expert tutors. Depending on your commitment to learning, this can be completed in under 4 months. Entry to the course is for anyone with an undergraduate degree, or at least four years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Complete your Executive MBA program with our UK-based academic partner. Once your Level 7 Diploma is complete, you progress immediately to our academic partner, which provides a supportive online experience, guiding you through the rest of your MBA program. This typically takes 10-12 months to complete. You can choose from the following programs:
MBA with Entrepreneurship and Innovation – study modules on sustainability, strategic leadership, operations management, and innovation management equip students with vital skills for business success
MBA with HR and Organizational Psychology – as business evolves it is increasingly important to be able to address change in organizations and new organizational models to make the most of recent technologies, leadership, and employee training.
MBA with Educational Leadership – go to your next level of capability with a fusion of managerial expertise, visionary direction, and profound educational understanding.
Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership
The CMI Level 7 Diploma course contains four units of study for senior managers, directors, executives, or those on the Sirius Solutions Fast-track MBA Program. Entry to the course is for anyone with an undergraduate degree, or at least four years of experience in a management or leadership role.
The course provides a comprehensive understanding of managing and leading at an executive level. Learners will complete four assignments to gain the qualification. If you are enrolled on our fast-track MBA program you will then be ready to progress to study with Sirius Solutions’ academic partner.
The Level 7 Diploma course is for those seriously committed to developing a strategic vision and aligning organisational and departmental goals to achieve it. Our team of expert tutors will provide face to face coaching, as well as world-class online learning through Management Direct – CMI’s learning platform.
You will study the following modules:
- Strategic Leadership
- Leading and Developing People to Optimise Performance
- Developing Organisational Strategy
- Strategic Risk Management
As with all CMI courses with Sirius, you will have full access to Management Direct as well as full support from our expert coaches.
