Level 3 Courses

Level 3 courses are an equivalent level of study to a Higher National Diploma 

Level 3 Award in Coaching and Mentoring

The level 3 award is a single unit of study, with a single assignment required to gain the qualification. This course is designed for supervisors and first-line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals and teams, alongside working to achieve organisational objectives

Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring

The certificate course contains three units of study, and so explores the skills and application of coaching and mentoring in more detail. Learners will complete three assignments to gain their qualification, always with our expert tutors providing support and coaching throughout.

Level 3 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring

The diploma course has eight units of study, and so gives learners a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of implementing a coaching and mentoring strategy in an organisation, as well as the knowledge and skills to measure its success through appropriate monitoring and measurement. The qualification typically takes 12-18 months to complete, though individual rates of study may vary.

Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership

This course has three units, and has been developed to support managers  in understanding the nature of teams in the workplace, and how these can be managed to achieve results. With coaching support from our expert tutors, learners will complete three assignments to gain the qualification.
